On October 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) declared a fourth quarter 2022 dividend of $0.41 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.64 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 13, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2022.
