ELS Declares Third Quarter Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2009-- Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) today announced that its Board of Directors increased our quarterly common stock dividend from $0.25 to $0.30 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 9, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009.
